What is a London Bus doing here?

Before you knew it, the Sea Princess had made its way to the next little port. Stiffy Bear and Wee Bear especially picked these photos to share with you. This was a real treat for the teddies, as riding in a bright red double-decker bus was almost as good as a steam train ride. Remember, you can talk to him about all his adventures at:

Don’t forget to be friends with him on twitter and like him on Facebook as well! By the way, Stiffy would be really happy if you shared this with your friends too.

3rd February 2019 – The best cruise to New Zealand

At the end of  2018, Stiffy the Bear, his friend Wee Bear and his Mummy and Daddy went on a cruise to New Zealand on the Sea Princess. The little teddies had caught the cruising bug since their last trip to North Queensland.

The New Year’s Eve voyage lasted two weeks and was their third ocean cruise. The little furry pair had become quite the celebrities with the other passengers. Everyone wanted a photo with them, including the ship’s Captain, as you will soon see in his next photo album.

Here is the first album of their holiday photos. Stiffy Bear hopes you enjoy sharing these adventures with him. Remember, you can email him at…  stiffy@stiffythebear.com or you can be friends with him on twitter and facebook as well!

2nd December 2018 – A white wonderland begins!

Stiffy Bear is so excited about this week’s animal adventure! He couldn’t believe his little button eyes when he saw Matthew’s suggestion to do white animals this week…

Why, because a white wonderland reminds him of the time he spent with Santa Claus at the North Pole and everything Christmassy!

If you want to help Stiffy Bear decide on the next series of animals, don’t forget to send the little teddy bear magician an email. Here is his address  stiffy@stiffythebear.com

30th June 2018 – Where is the bear… and who is Douglas?

Stiffy Bear is back with more stories about his cruise up the Queensland Coast…

Next port – Port Douglas! It was a beautiful day… first thing most of us did was go straight to the beach. There was a special area you had to swim in to make sure you didn’t get stung by any jellyfish. The man at the beach told me they can really hurt.

The beach was really wide and it didn’t have waves like we are used to at Coolangatta. It was really hot though, so everyone went for a swim to cool off.

The next thing we did was go on a steam train ride. Here is a picture of the man turning the train around so it can go the other way. They have to do this at each end. This is the Ballyhooley Steam Railway. It goes from the Marina to St Crispin’s Station.

My daddy looks like he is going to drive! I hope he has a train driving licence…

It sure is a pretty place at the other end.

The lady told us that there is a little crocodile in the lake. He got washed in during the floods and his name is “Snappy”

Anyway, we had a lovely time… and here comes our train to take us back to the Marina.

We were on our way back to the ship, when suddenly, out of the corner of my eye, I spotted a little Teddy.

His name is Douglas and he is my new friend. He is a world traveller and so he decided to come with us back to the ship.

23rd June 2018 – Ted Cruise???

Stiffy Bear… or Ted Cruise as he now calls himself, is back with more stories about his cruise up the Queensland Coast.

Next port – Cairns! It was Anzac Day when we pulled into port so there were some different things going on.

See how high up we are on the ship. It is a long way down to the water. We just have to walk off the ship here, so we won’t have to catch the little boats. I think Stiffy Bear was a little disappointed about that!

The chefs also made a special cake to celebrate Anzac Day and made Anzac Biscuits for everyone to enjoy. Unfortunately, a couple of little furry paws have removed some icing and made New Zealand disappear from the cake. Naughty Bears!

The weather was perfect again and so we went for a walk into town. It was great to see such a turn out for the Anzac Day service.

It sure is a pretty town, and the lagoon was a special favourite of the bears. It was a public holiday, so there were plenty of children about to make a fuss of the bears. They were a real hit!
